Employment -at-Will on Crack!
There have been plenty of posts in this blog with examples of dodgy firings. Pretty much all of them are allowed under the employment-at-will doctrine. Read it for yourself and fashion your lesson plan on employment law, ethics, employer responsibility, employee vulnerability, ADA (and when it does not apply) or humanity as the case may be.
