In all fairness, it should be mentioned that there is a rap/hip hop artist who goes by the name Al Kapone (stage name). And it is possible that the person responsible for choosing a name for Mr. Cruz-Balles may know only that cultural reference and not be aware of the exploits of famous gangster Al Capone.
